Inspiration:
The exhibit name and brochure design are both heavily inspired by Shelton’s creative attitude and work ethic. His public persona, through both his social media presence and the subjects and style of his art, has a bit of an edge to it that was extremely important to incorporate. Another important aspect of the approach was that the brochure should enhance viewer curiosity and appreciation, not attempt to recreate the exhibition.

Vision:
Because the brochure is designed to be a companion piece to the exhibit itself, images of the works are largely close-ups rather than showcasing entire pieces. This not only highlights the incredible texture of Shelton's pieces, but adds value to seeing the work as a part of the exhibition. The colors in use are all pulled from pieces in the collection.
